2. Description of Service
FetchExtract provides a web scraping and data extraction API that allows developers to fetch, parse, and enrich web data. The service includes proxy management, JavaScript rendering, CAPTCHA solving, and structured data extraction.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FetchExtract to:
- Scrape websites in violation of their terms of service or applicable law
- Collect personal data without proper authorization or in violation of privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA

5. API Usage and Credits
API usage is measured in credits as described on our pricing page. Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exceed plan limits or engage in abusive usage patterns.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
FetchExtract and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Data you extract through the API remains subject to the rights of the original content owners.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific success rates, or compatibility with every website.
